TIPTON HAYNES HISTORIC SITE

This historic 18th century home was built by John Tipton, a member of the 1776 Constitutional Convention. The home has been restored to the style when it was the home of Landon Carter Haynes, a Confederate Senator. The grounds also include a museum, a gift shop, a limestone cave, nature trails and an herb garden.
